🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I had a great experience at LaundroMax on Whalley Avenue! The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has a wide variety of machines that make doing laundry quick and convenient. The environment feels safe and welcoming. Special thanks to Branden, one of the staff members—he was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. He went out of his way to assist me and made sure everything ran smoothly. It’s rare to see such excellent customer service these days. Highly recommend this location for anyone in the area looking for a reliable laundromax with a supportive team!

Cleanest laundromat I’ve seen! Every wash comes with a free dry, which is such a great deal. I spoke with Michelle — she was super helpful, answered all my questions, and explained all their promotions and services. Highly recommend!

Its in very clean and welcoming Laundromat!! Brandon Jones is very organized and very a hard worker. His work performance very neat his skills is very teachable!! Being able to smell the freshness and not having and worries being such positive and motivation and great determination for me knowing that I come into a well clean professional laundromat and that trust in Brandon Jones with my clothes know that I won't have no worries bout anything!! Pretty good service, the machine are very nice with a lot of settings for different types of laundry. The drop off and pick up service is great too with them sending you a text message telling you you're clothes are done.

Brandon Jones was an awesome attendant assisted me very very well. My first time here and It was a wonderful experience for me. I live in the neighborhood and I’m sure I will be coming here a lot more often very convenient very clean The attendant Brian is on top of things and I gotta say it’s a wonderful experience thank you

Michelle The service was immaculate. I was able to order a washing fold service within a few hours for over $1000 worth of clothing and they were very respectful, very insightful and very helpful and I am appreciative of all of the service that you guys have to offer.

I really like Laundromax. It’s always clean and they have plenty of machines available, so I never have to wait. They even have washing machines up to 100 lb capacity, which is very convenient for large loads. The machines use a lot of water for rinsing, which makes my clothes feel very clean and fresh. The staff are welcoming and helpful, especially the manager, Steve. Highly recommend!

Laundromat is by far the best laundromat here in New Haven! It is Very Clean, all the time. There are so many washers and dryers where you don't have to wait for a machine. They also have 100lb HUGE machines where you can fit about 3 bags of clothes, especially for those trying to save money but be able to wash a lot. My clothes come out super clean. The dryers are free! The workers here are very friendly and helpful. Steven the Manager is very nice and helps with whatever you need. There are tables and chairs to sit. Vending machine for a snack. They sell laundry bags, detergent and softener. They play a variety of great music, spanish and english !! I totally recommend LaundroMax!
